The discussion gradually moved through manifestation, subconscious conditioning, Vastu Shastra, breathing patterns and personal discipline. She further explained how the mind conditions itself through repeated habits and thought patterns. The audience was also deeply engaged during her explanation of chakras and how human needs evolve from survival and security to pleasure, recognition and self-awareness. Breaking down spiritual concepts into simple language, she compared life to a journey with different stations and experiences along the way. “Most people spend their entire lives only around basic needs and pleasure. Very few move beyond that,” she said.
