Kolkata: The 114-year-old Loreto College plans to open its doors to boys, a proposal that will be placed before the academic council, once it is formed. The college, after getting the autonomous status, has started recruiting male teachers. Sister Nirmala said, “When girls and boys can work together in professional fields, why shouldn’t boys get the opportunity to study in this pioneering institute?”
