Varanasi: The department of Dairy Science and Food Technology, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, BHU on Monday unveiled the logo of the 32nd Indian Convention of Food Scientists and Technologists (ICFoST-2026), which will be held at BHU from Dec 21 to 23, in association with the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists, India (AFSTI), CSIR-CFTRI, and DRDO.The logo unveiling ceremony was attended by BHU vice-chancellor Prof Ajit Kumar Chaturvedi, former director of Institute of Technology, BHU, Prof SN Upadhyay, and director of Institute of Agricultural Sciences Prof UP Singh.Organising secretary of AFSTI, CSIR-CFTRI campus, Mysore, Tanaji G. Kudre, said that the convention will feature nearly 25 technical sessions, around 100 nationally and internationally recognised speakers, and is expected to attract over 2,500 delegates from academia, research institutions, industry and policymaking bodies. The convention will also include a mega food expo, providing a platform for showcasing innovations, technologies and industry-academia collaborations.
