Lucknow: A neurodivergent autistic student, Kabir Verma, has emerged as an inspiring example of perseverance and collective support by scoring 65% in the Class X examination.Verma dedicated his success to his teachers and parents. He was denied admission by several schools in his childhood. Then, his mother, Meena Rana, a teacher at Spring Dale College, Indira Nagar, enrolled him in the same school.With the support of five dedicated tuition teachers and the school faculty, who handled him with patience, Kabir gradually developed academic discipline and confidence.“He dedicated around 10 hours daily to studies during his exam preparation. His never-give-up approach helped him achieve this milestone,” said Meena.“Kabir was never less capable; he just needed patience, belief and the right environment. He has a sharp memory and quick grasping ability. He is pursuing science subjects in Class XI,” said father Kuldeep Verma, a doctor by profession.
