Bathinda: Angry over the killing of anti-drug activist Parvinder Singh Jhota, a large number of activists, supporters and members of Nihang Singh organisations vandalised a medical store at Mansa despite heavy police deployment.Outnumbered, the police failed to stop protesters from breaking open the store’s shutter. The protesters threw away various items from the store and broke the furniture inside. They also tore the Aam Aadmi Party flex boards.Bathinda DIG Harjit Singh said police were looking into the circumstances and appropriate action would be taken against anyone found violating law and order.
