Rohtak: Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has begun touring villages of his assembly constituency Garhi Sampla-Kiloi. During meetings held in different villages, Hooda consulted the people regarding his future political course.Addressing the villagers present at the meetings, he said, “You are my real strength. If you give me permission, I want to begin an all-out struggle against the BJP across the state.” Starting his tour from Brahmanwas village, Hooda said, “The blessings of this village have always been with our family. Before me, my father and my grandfather also received immense love and support from this village. After seeking the blessings of the people here, I will go first across the constituency and then across the entire state, and I will not stop until the Congress flag of victory is unfurled across the state.”On Wednesday, Hooda visited Brahmanwas, Basantpur, Dhamar, Rithal, Kanhi, Jasia, Ghilour Khurd and Ghilour Kalan and addressed village meetings. Locals in all these villages unanimously and collectively announced their support for him.On this occasion, Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that the BJP won the 2024 assembly elections through electoral malpractice. “Rahul Gandhi has exposed this with facts. Therefore, our next battle is not only against the BJP, but also against such electoral malpractice,” he said.“Two out of the three election commissioners themselves have exposed the manner in which the election process has been undermined. Fourteen objections to unilateral decisions in 10 months, covering up manipulation in the voter lists, and illegal changes in Form 6 clearly show that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar is sitting alone and fixing elections,” he added.
