Ghaziabad: The district administration will auction properties of nine major Rera defaulters on Oct 16 and Nov 6 to recover outstanding dues.The properties are in Indirapuram, Kaushambi and Vasundhara, officials said on Monday. The decision follows a review meeting at which district magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar directed officials to initiate legal action against 62 defaulters. Mandar said properties of the identified defaulters have been attached for auction as part of the recovery proceedings.Properties linked to two defaulters will be auctioned on Oct 16: VXL Realtors Pvt Ltd’s French Arc in Sector 14, Kaushambi, and Star MD Realcon Pvt Ltd’s Shopprix Mall, H-1, Kaushambi.On Nov 6, properties linked to seven defaulters will go under the hammer. These are Saamag Realty Pvt Ltd, Crescent Park Township, Shahpur Bamheta; Prateek Realtors (I) Pvt Ltd, Plot No. 4, BS 1, 4 and 5, Siddharth Vihar; Salvia Infra Pvt Ltd, CISF Road, Kanawani, Indirapuram; MKS Infra Pvt Ltd, CISF Road, Kanawani, Indirapuram; SKG Homes Pvt Ltd, Plot No. 13/GH-1, Sector 13, Vasundhara; Saya Homes, Saya Gold Avenue, Plot No. 10/1, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram; and Deepak Tyagi, 1/427, Shakti Khand, Indirapuram.The DM said officials are pursuing recovery action against all 62 identified defaulters. The auctions are meant to recover outstanding amounts through the sale of attached immovable properties, under legally prescribed enforcement measures.
