Gandhinagar: More than 500 exhibitors from across India are showcasing products, advanced technologies and industrial innovations from over 12 sectors at the 15th India Industrial Fair – Udyam 2026, inaugurated by chief minister Bhupendra Patel at the Helipad Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar on Friday.Organised by Laghu Udyog Bharati, the four-day exhibition from Oct 23 to 26 spans nearly 50,000 square metres and brings together stakeholders from the MSME ecosystem, covering industries ranging from engineering and manufacturing to handicrafts. According to an official statement, the event aims to promote business collaborations and partnerships among manufacturers, startups, small industries, and technology innovators.The fair features business networking sessions, investment discussions, expert interactions and displays of the latest industrial technologies. Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-govt (B2G) meetings have also been planned to help enterprises explore new commercial opportunities and connect with potential partners.After inaugurating the exhibition, Patel visited various stalls and interacted with exhibitors. The event is being projected as a platform to strengthen MSMEs, encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, and support the Centre’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives.
