Chennai: Food and civil supplies Minister P Venkataramanan on Monday inspected the implementation of the chief minister’s breakfast scheme at the Corporation Primary School in Nochikuppam under the Mylapore constituency.During the inspection, the minister reviewed the quality, taste, hygiene and nutritional value of the breakfast served to students. He also interacted with students and teachers to gather feedback on the scheme and enquired about its impact on school attendance and learning outcomes.Venkataramanan directed officials to ensure that breakfast is served to all eligible students every day on time while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.The minister also inspected the school’s classrooms, drinking water facilities, toilets, cleanliness and other basic infrastructure. He instructed officials to take necessary steps to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
