A 28-year-old delivery executive of a food delivery company, P Tharunkumar, a native of Karur, died after a garbage truck collided with his motorcycle near Koyambedu around midnight on Friday. Police said he was riding his motorcycle along Koyambedu Market ‘A’ Road when a garbage truck rammed his vehicle from behind. Tharunkumar was thrown off the motorcycle and was run over by the truck. Police registered a case and arrested the truck driver, R Raji, 26, of Mayiladuthurai.
