Mumbai: Dindoshi Police registered an FIR against the owner and cook of an eatery in Goregaon East based on a complaint filed by a resident about the unhygienic practices used while cooking. The complainant, a 48-year-old businessman, found the cook spitting on rotis while making them on May 23. The complainant shot a video clip of the goings-on and showed the clip to a few customers. On May 25, the police were summoned by dialling the emergency number ‘100,’ and the cook was taken into custody. An FIR was registered against the cook and the owner of the eatery.
