Vasco: Vasco police have registered an FIR against a dog owner for allegedly leaving her dog outside her premises, where it attacked and bit a woman, causing injuries.The complaint was lodged by Rhea Victoria D’Souza, a resident of Pixem Dongri, Vasco. She alleged that on Sep 17, around 4.30pm, the accused, Milagres D’Silva, knowing that her dog was aggressive, left it unattended outside her premises. The dog allegedly ran towards D’Souza while she was walking on the road, jumped on her and bit her, causing injuries.Vasco police have registered an offence under Sections 291 and 125(a) of the BNS against D’Silva. PSI Akanksh Fadte Dessai is investigating.
