Hyundai India Couture Week (HICW) 2026, in association with Nexxus New York, is set to make history by travelling beyond Delhi for the first time. Organised by the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), the event will open with an inaugural showcase at the iconic Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad on July 23. Designer Anamika Khanna will present the opening collection, described as a poetic reimagining of a lost civilisation through womenswear and menswear. Featuring archetypal figures, the collection explores the relationship between memory, craftsmanship and identity, while celebrating the women whose artistry has preserved stories across generations. The showcase will also highlight Hyundai’s design philosophy of blending innovation with craftsmanship. Hyundai’s IONIQ 5 will be featured as part of the presentation, bringing together mobility, technology and couture.
