New Delhi: Delhi Police’s special cell has arrested four alleged associates of the Himanshu Bhau syndicate from Kota, Rajasthan, for the murder of dairy businessman Ratan in Aya Nagar last Dec, police said. Raman, 19, and Karan, 22, allegedly fired over 70 rounds and were also involved in other violent crimes. Brothers Shekher Tiwari, 23, and Vinod Tiwari, 30, allegedly sheltered gang members and acted as money mules.
