Hyderabad: The Hyderabad chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) on Thursday announced the 19th CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026, that is scheduled to be held from Aug 28 to 30 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre.To be held on the theme `Rate Aagadhu – Demand Thaggadhu’, the three-day property show is expected to bring more than 100 RERA-approved projects under one roof, covering apartments, villas, plotted developments, commercial spaces and office properties from developers.It said the theme reflects sustained housing demand, strong buyer confidence and steady price appreciation supported by expanding infrastructure, the IT sector and Hyderabad’s quality of life.CREDAI Hyderabad president N Jaideep Reddy said prospective buyers waiting for prices to soften should consider the city’s long-term growth trajectory.Infrastructure expansion and rising demand for quality spaces were directly linked to property values, he said, adding that the show was intended to help families evaluate options and invest with confidence.Reddy said visitors will be able to meet developers, consult banks and attend curated discussions featuring govt officials, industry leaders and research agencies. Banks and financial institutions will also provide on-site loan guidance and financing options.President-elect B Jagannath Rao said transparency and verified projects were central to the show. He cited the instance of Gachibowli, where rates had doubled from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 per sq ft over recent years and risen by about Rs 600 to Rs 750 per sq ft in the past year.
