Margao: Congress on Thursday attacked BJP over its claim that its new office was built through workers’ contributions, demanding complete disclosure of funding details.Congress president Girish Chodankar alleged BJP had received donations from a casino firm for the office, and demanded the party disclose the extent of the “share” it got from the casino industry. He said the office could well be renamed “Casino Bhavan.”Questioning whether funds came from casino interests, land-conversion intermediaries or cash-for-jobs networks, Congress spokesperson Amarnath Panjikar challenged BJP to publish the donor list, contribution amounts and audited accounts.
