Chandigarh: The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has asked allottees and transferees of residential and commercial properties under its leasehold, licence, hire purchase, rental and tenancy schemes (except freehold) to verify their outstanding dues online.Allottees can check their account statements at:https://payonline.chb.gov.in/AccountStatement/ShowThe Board has advised property holders to review dues reflected on the portal and report any discrepancies. In case of mismatch, they may visit the CHB office with original payment receipts and supporting documents for reconciliation.A public camp will also be organised as per schedule to facilitate account reconciliation.CHB has urged all concerned to utilise this window to rectify discrepancies within the stipulated period. After this, the Board will finalise outstanding dues as per its records and issue demand notices accordingly.
