Hyderabad: Indian AI-ready cloud services provider BharathCloud has launched its first AI-ready sovereign cloud centre at CtrlS Datacenter’s Hyderabad DC1 facility, in a move aimed at strengthening India’s digital infrastructure as demand rises for secure, scalable and localised cloud services.The Hyderabad launch is part of BharathCloud’s planned $100 million (approx ₹950 crore) investment over the next five years. The company’s expansion roadmap includes Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Pune, along with Tier-II and Tier-III cities.The facility was inaugurated by CtrlS Datacenter’s founder and CEO Sridhar Pinnapureddy.The launch comes as AI adoption, data localisation requirements and digital transformation drive demand for resilient, high-performance infrastructure across sectors.
