Family of Dharmendra Darbar, 29, a resident of Mehsana, decided to donate his liver and two kidneys after he was declared brain-dead by the doctors at Civil Hospital on Thursday. Darbar, a driver by vocation, met with an accident near Kadi on May 4. He was shifted to the hospital where he succumbed to the injuries. According to Civil Hospital officials, the hospital has received 794 organs and 238 tissues from 240 organ donors in the past six years.
