New Delhi: Two meetings that were held before the murder of Yuvraj Manchanda, an executive with Adani Realty, have emerged as key points of focus in the police probe.Police sources said during the meetings – one held in Aug and the other Sept — Manchanda met his former colleague Anya Vats and her partner, Sanyam Sachdeva. “We are probing whether these meetings became trigger points for Manchanda’s murder, including whether there was an argument over money or clients,” a source said.Police have sent the electronic devices of the suspects for forensic examination to scan chats and retrieve deleted messages.Meanwhile, investigators are trying to trace the source of the weapon allegedly used to shoot Manchanda. Police have denied claims that Vats procured the firearm from a police officer in Uttar Pradesh. The weapon was recovered from Gurgaon.Investigators are also probing whether Vats and Sachdeva had allegedly planned to dupe Manchanda after learning about his financial status.
