BengaluruThe ongoing war of words between Karnataka home minister Priyank Kharge and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) continued on Wednesday with the former saying he will question the RSS Sarsangachalak Mohan Bhagwat when he comes to Bengaluru.“It has been 10 days since I have written a letter to the RSS Sarasanghchalak. I have to give them time to produce their documents as it is in line with the principles of natural justice. Many times even the common people misplace their documents and require time to produce them. I understand Bhagwat is expected to come to Bengaluru. I do not know if he is bringing the documents or not. But I will ask him then also,” chided Priyank.Bhagwat is scheduled to arrive in Bengaluru and attend two day events on June 27 and 28 at the Art of Living premises. The event is being organised by Bharat Foundation in the backdrop of 100 years of completion of the RSS.The home minister added that reminders will be sent to the RSS and if they do not respond then he will act as per law to protect the state, as his duty.He criticised the BJP of being intolerant and not able to digest the fact that a Dalit is questioning the Sangh’s documentation.“They are yet to come out of their Manusmriti mindset,” he alleged.Ends
