Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president Jagga Reddy met Telangana Congress party in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan on Saturday and discussed party state affairs and shared his opinions. After meeting the Congress incharge, Jagga Reddy told the media that there was no significance for the meeting and he has not met her to complain against anyone. “It was a courtesy call. I expressed my opinion on the party activities and the state govt has to bridge gap between the party leaders and the govt if any,” he said.He said the next six months to one year would be important for the party and there was need for greater coordination and unity from the village level to state level. “The Congress govt has completed two and half years and the next two and half years are crucial for the party,” he added.“There is a need to strengthen and support CM Revanth Reddy and PCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud who have been coordinating the party affairs and govt and taking forward the party and govt activities. If there is any gap between the party and workers it should be rectified and important part workers and leaders should be taken into confidence. Difference of opinion is common in the Congress party that would help the party,” Jagga Reddy suggested. On the nominated posts, Jagga Reddy said that while some leaders are waiting for nominated posts and recognition from the party, some leaders, who got the posts, were ignoring the party workers and their contribution to the party was almost nil.
