Colva: Twelve employees of a scrapyard at Seraulim were detained for questioning by the Colva police for allegedly supplying banned e-cigarettes to minors.Colva police inspector Vikram Naik said they received credible inputs that underage individuals were using vapes, with the supply allegedly linked to the scrapyard.On Wednesday, the scrapyard was raided and no contraband was found, but police said that one of the detained men admitted to having received a vape device from his friend, and that he sold it.Naik said they are trying to zero in on the supplier, and ascertain if the scrapyard’s employees or its owner had any role in procuring and distributing the banned items.
