Kolkata: Former TMC MLA Aditi Munshi and her husband Debraj Chakraborty moved the Calcutta High Court on Thursday seeking anticipatory bail over apprehensions of arrest in a disproportionate assets case. The application is likely to be heard on Friday by a bench headed by Justice Jay Sengupta. The couple’s move comes after Chakraborty was recently questioned by investigators in connection with a 2021 post-poll violence case.
