Kolkata: The state health department has prepared two duty rosters of 14 senior health officials who would coordinate for any health emergency during Kali puja holidays between Nov 8 and 12.Four senior officials have been asked to coordinate with all necessary emergency services during Kali Puja holidays from Integrated Control Room at Swasthya Bhawan so that any crisis may be dealt with efficiently and promptly.Another set of 10 doctors have been entrusted with the task of making liaison with all district headquarters and KMC health department from Swasthya Bhawan for any kind of health emergencies during the four days.All the doctors in the roster, who are also into health administration, have been asked to be attentive this time, especially after the Chorbagan stampede during Durga Puja.
