Bengaluru: As digital fatigue increasingly impacts daily life across age groups, The Times of India’s Let’s D-Stress initiative expands beyond campuses into residential communities with its Let’s D-Stress: Community Conversations.The first edition will be held Saturday at Prestige Jindal City, Bagalagunte, marking the beginning of a citywide effort to bring conversations on mindful technology use closer to where people live. The session will feature Dr Eesha Sharma, associate professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at Nimhans, alongside RJ Shaayan Bhattacharya, who will lead an engaging and relatable interaction.The initiative is designed to address digital overuse and its impact on focus, sleep, productivity and overall mental wellbeing, offering practical tools for families to build healthier habits together.Welcoming the initiative, Prakash C, president, Prestige Jindal City Apartment Owners’ Association (PJCAOA), said, “We are incredibly proud that Prestige Jindal City has been chosen as the first premium gated community in Bengaluru to host The Times of India’s ‘Let’s D-Stress’ programme.
