Noida: The golf course coming up at Sector 151 A has languished for years and now the Noida Authority is looking at bringing in a new agency to complete the project.Spread across 113 acres, the Rs 58-crore complex will have a 94-acre golf course, a seven-acre clubhouse and parking area, and an eight-acre driving range. Only 65% of the work has been completed. The construction had started in July 2021 and the project was scheduled to be completed within a year. However, the construction agency was blacklisted due to constant delays. The general manager of the authority, AK Arora, said the pending work includes completion of the clubhouse, banquet hall, podium and external development. Alongside that, granite works, false ceilings, wall panelling, PVC flooring and decorative finishing have to be carried out.The clubhouse will be equipped with a conference hall, gym, billiards hall, tennis court, spa and sauna bath, guest rooms and luxury suites, among other facilities. Besides playing golf, people can also use this complex to organise meetings and global events. The construction of a heliport is proposed on 9.3 acres of land adjacent to the golf course complex.
