Bengaluru: The high court Tuesday reserved its order on a petition filed by actor Darshan wherein he had challenged the trial court’s decision to allow accused no. 14 Pradosh to turn approver. Darshan is accused no. 2 in Renukaswamy murder case.Justice M Nagaprasanna indicated that he will pass order Wednesday.Earlier, senior advocate Hashmath Pasha, appearing for Darshan, argued that the trial court had sought a report from the probation officer and the latter said Pradosh is a person of good conduct. Such a procedure is not contemplated under the law, Pasha added .Special public prosecutor P Prasanna Kumar, however, said the prosecution did not seek any report from the probation officer.
