Hyderabad: Deepa Jewellers Limited has fixed a price band of ₹168 to ₹177 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for its initial public offering (IPO) that opens for subscription on Sept 1, 2026, and closes on Sept 3. The shares are proposed to list on BSE and NSE.The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares of up to ₹250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 11,848,340 shares by promoter shareholders Ashish Agarwal and Seema Agarwal, who will each sell up to 5,924,170 shares.The offer is being made through the book-building route, with up to 50% reserved for qualified institutional buyers, at least 15% for non-institutional investors and at least 35% for retail investors.The Hyderabad-based jeweller said the proceeds of the fresh issue will fund its long-term working capital needs for procurement, maintenance and inventory expansion, besides general corporate purposes and offer expenses.Investors may bid for a minimum of 84 shares and in multiples of 84 thereafter. The company has 82 million shares outstanding.
