Bengaluru: A 26-year-old homemaker was detained for questioning after her husband and four-year-old son were found dead under mysterious circumstances in their Chikkabanavara residence in north-west Bengaluru Monday morning.Harini, the homemaker, called police control room at 7am, stating her husband Abhinandan, 35, and their son were lying motionless in bed. A team rushed to the spot and found both dead.During probe, cops discovered the father and son were most likely smothered to death. “There is no sign of forced entry in their house. CCTV was switched off after 10pm Sunday. Harini has deleted history of calls, messages and photos from her mobile phone. To top it all, she is making contradictory statements about the deaths,” a senior police officer said.A diploma holder, Abhinandan hailed from Kunigal and married Harini, who is from Dasarahalli, around six years ago. Abhinandan worked in a private company.
