Gurgaon: hree people were killed in separate road accidents in the city between Aug 12 and 13In the first case, a man working outside a nursery was hit and run over by a vehicle at 6 am on Thursday. The driver fled from the spot immediately.According to the complaint filed by the victim Chhabile’s son, Sanideval, his father was cleaning the road outside their nursery near J-Block, Palam Vihar, as part of his routine work when a car came from the Bijwasan side at high speed and then ran him over.Chhabile sustained multiple injuries and died on the spot.A case was registered under sections 281 (rash driving) and 106(2) (causing death due to negligence) of BNS at Palam Vihar police station. The vehicle involved in the accident was identified and the accused would be arrested soon, cops said.In another accident, a man was killed after being hit by an auto-rickshaw while walking with his juice cart near the Daulatabad flyover, Rajendra Park, around 10.30 pm on Wednesday.According to the complaint filed by his son Rajkumar, his father Ganesh used to run a juice cart. Rajkumar, who works at a shop, said he often helped his father in the evening and brought the cart home.Ganesh fell along with the cart and sustained injuries to his stomach and other parts of the body. While Rajkumar ran to help his father, the auto driver fled after the collision, leaving the auto-rickshaw behind.He was taken to the govt hospital in Sector 10 where doctors declared him dead.Following the complaint, a case was registered under Section 106 of the BNS at Rajendra Park police station.In the third accident, a man was killed after a truck hit him and also struck his brother’s motorcycle near the service road at Binola flyover on Wednesday.According to the complaint filed by Nasir, he had travelled from his home in Aali Mew, Hathin, Palwal, to Bilaspur to meet his brother Yaasir. After meeting him, Nasir left Yaasir near the service road at Binola and parked his motorcycle.He said a truck travelling from Jaipur towards Gurgaon came at high speed and hit Yaasir. The truck also hit Nasir’s motorcycle. Yaasir died at the spot due to the collision.A case was registered under sections 281 and 106 of the BNS. Police are yet to trace the accused driver.
