Jaipur: Employees of Jaipur City Transport Services Ltd (JCTSL) staged a protest outside the corporation’s Lalkothi headquarters Wednesday, demanding resolution of long-pending service and operational issues and warning of a work boycott if their demands remain unaddressed.Under the banner of JCTSL Mazdoor Congress (INTUC), the employees sought early induction of PM e-buses, recruitment to vacant posts, regular bus maintenance, clearance of pending NPS and GPF dues, implementation of a roster system for office staff, removal of depot managers allegedly violating official orders, blacklisting of the ETIM firm and overtime payment for duties exceeding eight hours.Union president Ramkunwar Bishnoi said the organisation would intensify its agitation, including a work boycott, if the management failed to act. JCTSL managing director Narayan Singh said the corporation would examine the demands and act as per rules.
