Gorakhpur: All India Congress Committee (AICC) national secretary and former MLA Satyanarayan Patel on Friday criticised BJP govt, alleging that its policies had adversely affected the country’s youth, devotees and common citizens.Addressing a news conference, Patel raised the issue of the NEET paper leak controversy and demanded a transparent and corruption-free education system.Congress district president Rajesh Pandey was also present.He also expressed concern over issues related to Ram temple, saying matters linked to the faith of millions of devotees should be investigated impartially. He demanded strict action against those found responsible and said individuals indulging in politics in the name of faith must be held accountable.Patel further highlighted rising inflation, concerns related to ethanol-blended fuel and the growing financial burden on ordinary citizens.Alleging policy failures, Patel said several govt decisions were implemented without adequate preparation, resulting in difficulties for the public.
