Kolkata: New Town cops have recovered gold and silver jewellery worth Rs 10 lakh from a thief, Tajmul Haque, a resident of Rajarhat after he admitted to have stolen the ornaments from a gold shop at Kestopur Mission Bazar. Cops said he had stolen the jewellery on the night of June 28 and had burried them in his courtyard and garden.
