The programme was conducted under NCC Group Headquarters Varanasi ‘A’ for a total of 60 cadets from the Navy and Army wings, who participated with great enthusiasm and discipline.The training was conducted under the leadership of the Commanding Officer, Commander Nikhil Vaish. For the smooth execution of the programme, coordination was established with the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the Varanasi Municipal Corporation. The NDRF team ensured necessary water safety arrangements during the training, while full support was also extended by the Varanasi Municipal Corporation.The event was attended by ANO Lieutenant Commander Praveen Prakash and Second Officer Yogesh Kumar of 7 Naval NCC. The cadets were trained in basic and advanced kayaking techniques, paddle handling, maintaining balance in flowing water, and practical river navigation skills.
