Chandigarh: A man was killed in a tragic road accident after a speeding SUV rammed his motorcycle at the Sector 4/9 dividing road in Chandigarh.The victim was identified as Krishan Lal, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir. Following the crash, a passerby took Krishan to GMSH-16, where doctors declared him dead.Police later seized the SUV and arrested the driver, identified as Sahil, a resident of Panchkula.
