New Delhi: A 51-year-old man with a criminal record was shot at and critically injured by unidentified assailants in the Tughlaq Road area Thursday night, police said. Officers suspect personal enmity. The incident was reported around 9.45 pm; the victim, Mohammad Rafiq of Sunder Nursery’s JJ area, was taken to hospital. A case under BNS and the Arms Act has been registered.
