New Delhi: New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) announced Saturday a 10% rebate on property tax for the financial year 2026-27 for taxpayers who clear their dues on or before June 30.The civic body said the rebate would be available to property owners in the NDMC area who make timely payment of their property tax. The council urged taxpayers to take advantage of the scheme and avail themselves of substantial savings by paying their dues before the deadline.Taxpayers can make payments through NDMC’s online payment portal or other authorised modes notified by the council, the statement said.NDMC also appealed to residents to avoid a last-minute rush and complete the payment process well before the due date to ensure they receive the rebate benefit.
