Lucknow: Industrialist and chartered accountant Dinesh Goyal was unanimously re-elected national president of the Indian Industries Association (IIA) for 2026-27 at an election held at IIA Bhawan in Lucknow on Saturday. His new term will begin on July 1. The election was conducted under the supervision of former IIA national president and returning officer Ajay Gupta. Goyal, chairman and managing director of Rama Shyama Papers Pvt Ltd, Bareilly, thanked members of the association for reposing faith in his leadership.Goyal said strengthening the MSME sector would remain his priority. He said IIA would intensify its membership expansion drive and work towards establishing new chapters across states to transform the organisation into a stronger national platform for MSMEs.
