Jaipur: Rajasthan ended their campaign in the Swami Vivekananda Under-20 Men’s National Football Championship 2026 in Narainpur, Chhattisgarh, on a losing note. The U-20 tournament is being organised by the All India Football Federation.In the fourth and last league outing, Rajasthan were beaten by Meghalaya 0-3 to crash out of the competition with just four points.Rajasthan started the tourney well by defeating Andhra Pradesh 2-0 but thereafter lost their way.They suffered a narrow 1-2 defeat against Jharkhand in the second outing. Bihar held Rajasthan to a 1-1 draw.Rajasthan Football Association president Manvendra Singh Jasol and secretary Dilip Singh Shekhawat were satisfied with the performance. They said that the work being done at the grass root level is yielding good results in the coming years which will help Rajasthan in winning medals in the coming years.
