New Delhi: Four men were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly manhandling two women in southeast Delhi’s Nehru Place, two days after the incident. Delhi Police said the accused—Mohammad Fahad, a computer operator; Mohammad Savej, a contract worker; Mohammad Arif, a worker at a mobile store and Aman—are residents of Jakir Nagar in Okhla. The incident occurred on Sunday morning at a tea stall near a hotel, where two women—one from Assam and the other from Bihar—were allegedly catcalled, triggering an altercation. The accused have been booked under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Kalkaji police station.
