Rajkot: The Rajkot Division of Western Railway won four prestigious General Manager-level shields at the 71st Railway Week Awards Ceremony held in Mumbai on Friday. The awards were presented by Western Railway General Manager, Ramashray Pandey for outstanding performance during 2025-26.The division received the Rail Madad Shield for effective passenger grievance redressal, the Commercial Cleanliness Shield for maintaining high cleanliness standards, the Inter-Divisional Shield for excellence in track maintenance machine operations, and the Best Improvement Shield for remarkable progress over the previous year.The shields were received by Giriraj Kumar Meena and Sunil Kumar Meena along with senior officers of the division.
