Ahmedabad: Recruiters offered around 85 roles across six cohorts during the first cluster of summer placements for the postgraduate programme (PGP) at IIM Ahmedabad, a premier business school in India.The initial cluster saw participation across major domains, including advisory consulting, cards and financial advisory, investment banking and markets, management consulting, private equity/venture capital, asset management and hedge funds, as well as transformation and operations consulting.Top consulting and strategy firms, including Accenture Strategy, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, EY-Parthenon, and McKinsey & Company, were among the prominent recruiters. The placement drive also featured international opportunities, with roles offered in key global hubs such as Hong Kong and Singapore.According to an official release from the premier B-school, Cluster 2 and Cluster 3 of the placement drive are scheduled to take place on October 27 and October 30, respectively.
