Jaipur: A meeting between the Jaipur Vyapar Mahasangh and the vigilance deputy commissioner (DC) of Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) was held Friday to discuss key concerns related to encroachments and sanitation in city markets.During the meeting, traders highlighted that temporary encroachments on roads were disrupting traffic flow and making it difficult for customers to access market areas, which in turn was affecting business. In response, the vigilance DC assured that encroachments would be removed in a phased manner to ease congestion and improve movement across busy markets.Sanitation was also discussed at length, with traders raising concerns over cleanliness in several areas. JMC assured full cooperation in improving sanitation services. The vigilance DC said that issues related to the municipal corporation would be addressed in a systematic manner, and efforts would be made to ensure that traders do not face inconvenience.The Jaipur Vyapar Mahasangh also assured its support to JMC in removing encroachments and improving sanitation. Both sides agreed to work in coordination to streamline market conditions and ensure smoother functioning of commercial areas.
