Hyderabad: Three women entrepreneurs from India and one from Kenya were declared track winners for their ventures in med-tech, agri-biotech, AI healthcare and dairy-tech out of the 29 shortlisted founders from TiE chapters across Asia, Africa and the Middle East at TiE Women Asia Summit 2026 in Hyderabad.The four Asia track winners will now join three finalists from North America and Europe at TiE Women global finals that will be held during TiE Global Summit 2026 in Indore in December.Krupa Shah, co-founder of Intentio Biopsy Device from TiE Ahmedabad, won Track 1 for her patented sensor-equipped i-Bone biopsy device that aims to make bone biopsy safer and more accurate, while Winnie Wambugu, co-founder and managing director of Nakuru Tubers from TiE Nairobi, Kenya, won Track 2 for climate-smart seed potato production and digital distribution for smallholder farmers.Divya Kamerkar, co-founder and CEO of Pinky Promise from TiE Mumbai, won Track 3 for her AI-enabled platform providing round-the-clock gynaecological care and linking users to nearby in-person support, even as Ankita Singh, founder of MooRopan India from TiE Vadodara, won Track 4 for dairy-tech solutions including MastiSense for early mastitis detection and SiloRopan for silage production.The summit saw the 29 shortlisted founders pitch to a jury of investors, venture partners and industry leaders. The finalists represented ecosystems in India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Kenya, Japan, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Malta, Nepal, Djibouti, Mauritius, Indonesia and Africa.Hosted by TiE Hyderabad, the three-day summit featured mentorship, networking and investment discussions with partners including Woxsen University and showcased regional women-led innovation.
