Jaipur: Rajasthan’s Tejasvi Gehlot has been unanimously elected as the secretary general of the International Kabaddi Federation (IKF) which held its elections successfully on Tuesday in Nagoya, Japan, during the ongoing Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games.The election process was conducted in a transparent and orderly manner under the observation of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), and Asian Kabaddi Federation marking an important step towards strengthening the governance and administration of kabaddi at the international level.Following the election, an 18-member executive board committee has been constituted to guide the IKF for the forthcoming term.
