Chandigarh: Residents of Manimajra and nearby areas will get a chance to directly raise civic and public grievances with UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria at a Samadhan Shiviron Sept 11 at the community centre near Shivalik Garden. Citizens can submit complaints in advance from Sept 8, when officials from key departments, including the MC, police, health, education, Estate Office and Chandigarh Housing Board, will begin scrutinising representations and initiating follow-up action. A review meeting chaired by deputy commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav Monday discussed arrangements for the camp and directed departments to ensure adequate staff and logistical support.
