New Delhi: Four days after retired central govt officer Ashish Joshi was detained and questioned for over eight hours in connection with a special cell case over a tweet allegedly related to Election Commission of India, the 60-year-old Monday approached a city court seeking a copy of the FIR. Later in the day, Joshi posted on X that he was handed a copy of the FIR after moving court. Chief judicial magistrate Mridul Gupta listed the matter for Tuesday. TNN
