She can be heard using abusive and derogatory language against the guard and threatening him. At one point, she is also seen moving towards him, hitting him and trying to kick him.The woman is heard telling the guard to stay away from her and also mentions her flat number during the argument. She allegedly threatens him with consequences if he ‘messes’ with her again. She is also seen threatening to call senior police officials and is heard making remarks about hitting the guard with her footwear. The video does not clearly establish whether other residents or people present at the spot intervened to de-escalate the situation.Bhanu Pratap Singh, the security officer of AP Securitas Pvt Ltd, the agency whose guards were deployed at the society, submitted a complaint at Cherry County police outpost under Bisrakh police station. He told police that the dispute began after a delivery agent of a quick-commerce company arrived at gate number 2 of the society at 2:30 am on Wednesday. The woman had placed the order but allegedly never approved the agent’s entry. According to the society rules, the guard noted his details in the register and called up the woman to inform her that the agent had been denied entry into the society. She then objected to the delivery agent being stopped at the gate, following which an argument broke out between her and the guard. The confrontation subsequently escalated, with the video capturing the alleged verbal abuse and assault.Police officers said no FIR has been registered yet. A sub-inspector told TOI that guards should not have stopped the delivery boy at night as the woman had ordered food, and no one should be denied food and water.A resident of the society, Amit Gupta, said, “Whatever might have been the reason, the woman’s behaviour towards the guards was uncalled for. “The AOA said the woman lives alone and is a flat owner at their society. They have issued a letter to her, seeking an explanation for the incident.
