Lucknow: To tap tourists and pilgrims in the impending festive season, Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation (UPSTDC) launched a five-day ‘Spiritual Triangle’ tour connecting Varanasi, Prayagraj and Ayodhya under its ‘Visit My State’ campaign.Sharing details on Thursday, an official spokesperson said that the four-night package offers pilgrims a curated itinerary covering major temples, ghats and cultural landmarks across the three cities.The journey begins in Varanasi with visits to Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Kund Temple and Assi Ghat, followed by a boat ride and Ganga Aarti. The second day includes VIP darshan at Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna and Kaal Bhairav temples, besides a visit to Sarnath and Banaras Hindu University.The tour then moves to Prayagraj for visits to Anand Bhavan, Sangam and Lete Hanuman Ji Temple before proceeding to Ayodhya where Hanumangarhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal, VIP darshan at Ram Mandir and Saryu Aarti will be covered.Tourism and culture minister Jaiveer Singh said the package would make pilgrimage travel easier during the festive season and strengthen UP’s spiritual tourism circuit. He said around 31.40 crore domestic and international tourist visits had been recorded in the state in the first three months of 2026.The package costs Rs 14,400 per person in a sedan for a minimum of four travellers and Rs 13,000 per person in a Crysta for a minimum of six. It includes AC transport, accommodation, breakfast, guide services and a boat ride.UPSTDC chairperson and additional chief secretary, tourism, culture and religious affairs, Amrit Abhijat, said the package would offer travellers a seamless experience of the state’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
